Shipping Policy 

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UAE public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within UAE): 1–3 business days

  • International: 3–7 business days (depending on the destination)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sulinda is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or additional taxes applied to your order. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
👉 Important Notice for Saudi Arabia and International Orders: Shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. These charges are collected by the local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend reviewing your local customs clearance requirements to avoid delays or unexpected fees.

Damages
Sulinda is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and the product for inspection.

Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Sulinda is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, redelivery charges will apply.
