Return & Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation & Return:

You may cancel or return your order free of charge if the order is still new or marked as “Ready to Ship.”

If the order is already with the shipping company and is in transit, cancellation and return are possible, but the customer will bear the shipping costs.

If the product has been delivered and the customer no longer wishes to keep it, it can be returned within 1 day of receiving the order, provided that:

The product is in its original condition and unused.

All attached tags are intact and undamaged.

It is returned in the original packaging.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If there is a defect in the product quality or packaging, the product may be returned or exchanged within 2 days of receiving the order.
Processing Time:

Exchanges may take between 1 to 10 days.

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 14 business days from the date we receive the returned item and confirm it is in its original condition.
